This Apartment Building is located in the area of Karnagio, close to the sea. It consists of four one-bedroom apartments and an attic.

Given the small size of the plot, the main design element of the building aims a) to give emphasis on the uninterrupted balcony view & b) to use simple small curved details to distinguish its volume from the tense urban surroundings.
