The complexity of this project is unraveled on 3 continuous plots. In its unity, it contains 10 different buildings which host a variety od uses that will work collaboratively. Visitors will be able to use restaurants, pool, and/or spa/gym area within reach from their room. In total there will be 9 rooms, 4 suites as well as 8 2-story houses with private yards, hosting up to 100 people in total. All buildings are following clean lines, engaging simple stone and wood details. The restaurant/toilet area, in particularly is using a big pergola and a full stone covered façade, to distinguish its use from the rest of the buildings.
