Located on a seafront plot in Kavala’s Karnagio district, this compact multi-residential building hosts four single-bedroom apartments and a loft unit within a unified envelope. The plan orients each unit diagonally to maximize visual exposure to the sea, offering panoramic views from both private and communal zones.
The architectural expression relies on smooth curvatures and fluid edges, softening the building’s profile while maintaining spatial clarity and distinction. The design rethinks urban densification by using curvature, light, and layered thresholds to enhance privacy and extend visual connection to the outdoors; balancing compact city living with contextual sensitivity.
