Composed across three contiguous coastal plots, this hotel complex in Maronia comprises ten articulated volumes, each programmed for hospitality functions including private accommodation, dining, and leisure. The development includes nine standard rooms, four extended suites, and eight duplex units with private garden access, all arranged to host up to 100 guests within a cohesive spatial diagram.
Material expression via timber elements, textured stone, and clean linearity grounds the project in contextual sensitivity. At the heart of the complex, a communal restaurant pavilion is anchored by a deep pergola and monolithic stone façade, with a tectonic identity subtly distinguishing it from the adjacent modules.
