Anchored at the foot of Mount Pangaion, this bold residence integrates two independent homes on a unified rectangular base. A single-level apartment and a three-bedroom duplex share access to a fluid outdoor environment complete with a pool, planted zones, and structured lounge seating.
Architecturally, a composition of intersecting volumes contrasts light and dark finishes. A dramatic black stair volume anchors the structure at the core, softened by glazed voids and timber shutters. Around it, terraces and balconies invite nature to grow and thrive.
